Lena has been teaching group fitness and training for 8 years and loves all aspects of movement. Lena is well known for her energetic and humorous classes, her goal is to create a welcoming and warm environment for anyone walking into the gym. She understands making big changes is scary and she wants to be by your side to help encourage and motivate you the entire way.
