We offer beginner friendly kickboxing group classes, personal training sessions as well as mini-group options for children through adults. It’s all about YOUR lifestyle and YOUR goals and the changes that YOU want to accomplish. Regardless of where you are at and where you want to go, we’re here for you! Are you a total novice? Intermediate fitness level and skills? or a Ninja-Fitness Warrior? You will LOVE our studio! When you’re ready to Kick It Up a Level, we’ll help you get there! Our mission is “To inspire our members and our communities to take their health and Kick It Up a Level.” So if you’re in need of stress relief, weight loss, muscle toning, increased cardio, strengthening of a particular body part, self-defense or if you’re simply looking to DUMP an old boring workout or routine and DO SOMETHING FUN, we’re the place for you! This class is higher intensity and skill level than a ClassicKick class and is ideal for those looking to shred fat while learning and utilizing real Muay Thai form. All fitness levels are welcome to participate in this class and are encouraged to work to their own ability and comfort level. Muay Thai is demanding on both your body and mind, which is why you need to be dedicated in your recovery process. Our RecoveryKick class will balance out the intensity of boxing and kickboxing with a well-rounded short but sweet flexibility and mobility stretching practice that addresses the areas most impacted by hitting a bag.
