Meet Head Coach Brandon from KickHouse Frederick
Brandon’s journey with fitness kickboxing started just over three years ago as an instructor. He quickly fell in love with the community and the positive impacts of being an educator and leader. Brandon since stepped into management over the last two years and continue to develop and evolve the best possible member experience.
“There is no better full body conditioning workout than kickboxing! We have a great time while supporting each other to live our best, healthiest life possible. I personally started group fitness as a way to keep myself active after my years of youth football, wrestling, volleyball, and lacrosse faded behind me. I’ve discovered new modalities of mindfulness and exercises like hiit, tabata, strength & cross training, yoga, meditation, and of course- kickboxing! All these practices have helped me gain a wide perspective on holding meaningful space where people can move their bodies without being judged and feel better! I try to bring that every time I coach (along with high energy and a bumping playlist!).”
In the past year, Brandon had the opportunity to join forces with other motivated coaches and now helps lead the development of KickHouse training and programming nationwide! When he’s not at KickHouse, you can find him hosting his monthly bootcamp (paired with protein bars and mimosas of course), bartending local weddings, making music, hiking, or evening making jewelry!
