KickHouse Tucson Foothills, is a modern kickboxing studio. All the KickHouse classes are rooted in kickboxing with additional fitness flare added. Californian Native, Anita was raised watching her father do Kenpo Katas to the Beach Boys, and has spent her adult life studying various styles of martial arts including Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, and Kung Fu.

This class is higher intensity and skill level than a ClassicKick class and is ideal for those looking to shred fat while learning and utilizing real Muay Thai form. All fitness levels are welcome to participate in this class and are encouraged to work to their own ability and comfort level.
