This class is higher intensity and skill level than a ClassicKick class and is ideal for those looking to shred fat while learning and utilizing real Muay Thai form. All fitness levels are welcome to participate in this class and are encouraged to work to their own ability and comfort level. Our RecoveryKick class will balance out the intensity of boxing and kickboxing with a well-rounded short but sweet flexibility and mobility stretching practice that addresses the areas most impacted by hitting a bag.
