KickStart
KickStart is your introduction to the KickHouse method. In one class you will learn the foundational stance, footwork, and basic combinations that every other KickHouse class format is built on. Your coach walks you through every move so you leave with the skills and the confidence to show up for whatever comes next.

PowerKick
PowerKick turns up the intensity. This class is built around real Muay Thai form with an emphasis on power output, increased pacing, and technical precision. All fitness levels are welcome — your coach scales the session and your job is to push to your own ability. Bring everything you have.

ResistanceKick is a full body strength workout that pairs Slastix by Stroops resistance training with heavy bag kickboxing rounds. Burn fat, build lean muscle, and improve cardiovascular endurance all in one class. The interval format keeps your body working from the first round to the last.

CircuitKick
