Kelsey's passion for fitness started when she was a child taking ballet lessons and playing soccer. She loves mixing up her classes with sprinkles and stories, and a whole lot of laughs.

This class is higher intensity and skill level than a ClassicKick class and is ideal for those looking to shred fat while learning and utilizing real Muay Thai form. All fitness levels are welcome to participate in this class and are encouraged to work to their own ability and comfort level. Muay Thai is demanding on both your body and mind, which is why you need to be dedicated in your recovery process. Our RecoveryKick class will balance out the intensity of boxing and kickboxing with a well-rounded short but sweet flexibility and mobility stretching practice that addresses the areas most impacted by hitting a bag.
