On the surface KickHouse Park Ridge is a fitness kickboxing facility. Digging deeper, KickHouse is a community of instructors and members encouraging and participating in becoming the best versions of ourselves. We provide KickA$$ and fun classes perfect for everyone from beginners to experts and anyone in between. If you are looking to lose weight, tone up, burn some stress, gain strength, and improve your conditioning all while learning the art of kickboxing, then look no further. Can you Kick it? This class will get you introduced in a 30 minute session to the foundation of the KickHouse class method while developing essential skills you’ll be using in every other class format. Browse Classes

This is the KickHouse signature class method that expertly blends real boxing and kickboxing techniques with total body conditioning. Learn the basic blueprints to excel in any of the rest of the class formats. Browse Classes

This class is higher intensity and skill level than a ClassicKick class and is ideal for those looking to shred fat while learning and utilizing real Muay Thai form. All fitness levels are welcome to participate in this class and are encouraged to work to their own ability and comfort level. Rounds in this class concentrate on increased pacing, power output and technical perfection! Browse Classes

Muay Thai is demanding on both your body and mind, which is why you need to be dedicated in your recovery process. Our RecoveryKick class will balance out the intensity of boxing and kickboxing with a well-rounded short but sweet flexibility and mobility stretching practice that addresses the areas most impacted by hitting a bag. This non-contact kickboxing workout is perfect for every member of the family. With exciting punching and kicking components, this class will keep your child’s attention. Classes are action-packed! Browse Classes
